Были летом 2012 в отеле Bellavista. Нашла его чисто случайно в интернете, понравилась цена и то, что есть кухня в номере. Были с ребенком, там есть прекрасный бассейн где он плавал и играл с другими детьми. Сам отель находится на возвышенности и с него открывается потрясающий вид на озеро Гарда.  Очень отзывчивый и гостеприимный персонал. Удивил бесплатный wifi, что даже в 5 * обычно стоит денег. В округе отеля есть несколько булочных и продуктовый магазинчик. Так что купить поесть не проблема. Так же, необыкновенно вкусно готовят в самом отеле. Каждое утро приезжает из Венеции машина и привозит свежие морские продукты, поэтому еда в ресторане всегда свежая и необыкновенно вкусная.Вечером в ресторане очень красиво. Вид выходит на озеро, вечером включается иллюминация и становится очень романтично. В этом году снова хотим приехать в этот уютный семейный отельчик:)

Mis vacaciones pasadas aquì fueron maravillosas, el Bella vista es un lugar donde pasarlo en relax, yo en particular con mi familia me divertì mucho, el lago era a pocos minutos, la vista hacia el lago y las montanas era espectacular, las tardes frescas y relajantes. Les doy las gracias a todo el personal que me hicieron sentir como en mi casa con la disponibilidad brindada desde el inicio al final de nuestra estancia.....GRACIAS Y HASTA LA PROXIMA.

Das Aparthotel liegt auf einer Anhöhe mitten im Altort von Manerba. Der Ausblick von den Apartments, vom Pool und von der Terrasse sind einfach traumhaft! Bäcker, kleiner Laden und Gaststätten sind innerhalb von ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen. In der Hauptsaison kann man auf dem Nachtmarkt direkt vor der Haustür shoppen. Ein Naturpark mit Ausgrabungen ist ganz in der Nähe (Rocca). Der Poolbereich wird jeden Tag gereinigt und ist von mediterranen Gewächsen umgeben. Das Apartment ist sauber und dem Zweck entsprechend eingerichtet. Wir werden heuer das achte Mal dort Urlaub machen.

Die Residenz hat uns gut gefallen. Der riesige Balkon und der Ausblick über den Gardasee sind fantastisch. Dank des guten Wetters, das wir hatten, konnten wir auch den schönen Pool direkt in der Anlage fast täglich nutzen. Alle Leute, die mit der Residenz zu tun hatten waren wirklich nett: Der Vermieter Michelle hat auf alle zusätzl. Wünsche, wie Blumenvase, Sitzkissen, Raum für Fahrräder sofort reagiert. Der nette Pizzabäcker macht leckere Pizzen und hat uns noch bei e.techn.Defekt geholfen und der Barkeeper serviert leckeren \"Sprizz\". Das Frühstück im Haus ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

 Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Très bon accueil et propreté. La piscine est agréable puisque le temps permet d'y aller tout le temps ! Les repas sont d'une très bonne qualité également, copieux et délicieux ! Les coquillages sont également bienvenue sur la carte du restaurent.  Le plus ? Un petit Bar à coté de la piscine qui garantie des Coktails au TOP ! Possibilité de se déplacer tout autour de Manerba, de très belles villes à visiter comme Sirmione, Riva, Venise (1h de route), Verone (40min) etc ... L'appartement est tout a fait conforme à la description du site.  L'aménagement est simple mais suffisent.  La terrasse est EXTRAORDINAIRE : 18m2 de pur bonheur : que ce soit au petit déjeuner ou pour siroter un petit pouce le soir, la vue est tout simplement formidable : on ne se lasse pas d'admirer le lac de jour comme de nuit.  L'équipe est vraiment sympa et à votre écoute. La piscine est très plaisante. Le resto est lui aussi très accueillant : copieux, gouteux et ouvert jusqu'à 22h. On apprécie après une belle journée de balade.  Assurément une très très bonne adresse pour un séjour en famille.  Nous, on y retourne l'an prochain. On a repris le même appartement. Dans 3 mois, on y est ! A bientôt Michele. Bonjour à toute l'équipe.

Le bar qui ouvre à 18h a une musique un peu génante pour diner sur la terrasse 3 mètres au dessus, mais nous étions hors saison et n'en avons pas trop souffert Les moustiques : nous avions oublié le répulsif et le stick calmant : séances de grattage frénétique et auréoles de piqures de 4 cm.

Großzügige Wohnung, geräumiges Schlafzimmer, sehr schönes großes Bad, Wohnküche mit Esstischgruppe und ausreichender, durchdachter Ausstattung. Alle Räume gefliest, insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Riesiger Balkon mit wunderbarer Aussicht über den See, zusätzlich vor dem Schlafzimmer ein kleinerer Balkon.Schöne Terrassen- und Poolanlage (der Pool konnte wegen des kalten Wetters noch nicht genutzt werden, sah aber verlockend aus). Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Signor Alboraletti. Danke für die freudliche Aufnahme! Wir haben uns gefreut, dass unsere Tochter uns in der Wohnung besuchen konnte.

“Bardzo mila I profesjonalna obsluga, wspaniale widoki na Jezioro Garda I gory, dwa duze tarasy, bezposrednie sasiedztwo pizzerii, piekarni I kiosku, szybki dojazd do autostrady Mediolan-Wenecja. Very kind and professional service, great views on the Garda Lake and mountains, two big terraces, pizzeria, bakery and a shop in the direct neighborhood, fast access to the Milan-Venice highway. ”

The place is fabulous, situated just few steps from the center of the town (with a small super market, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, newspaper stand, bus stop, bar, restaurants) and only 10 minutes walking from the lake and beach. Apartment was exellent, we stayed in no. 5 (with a lovely panoramic lake view from spacious terrace and balcony). The cleaning and the furnishing of the whole apartment was simply exellent. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen corner is fully and good equipped. The laundry service, iron, ironing board and a safe in the room are available. WiFi connection free and fast. Food in restaurant (fish and sea food) and coctails at the pool bar were delicious. The owner Michele very frendly and helpful. He helped us withe a bagage, car, gave the tips (place to visit, rent a bike and kayaks). We will certainly come back.

Wir haben einen super Urlaub in der Residence verbracht, wobei für uns der Ausblick vom Balkon, Restaurant und Bar sowie der Pool die Highlights waren. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchte.

Ittner Sehr schöne Lage. Vom Balkon hatten wir eine gute Aussicht auf den Gardasee und konnten unseren Wein am Abend genießen. Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir benötigten. Kostenloses W-Lan zwischenzeitlich ein Muss für unsern Sohn ist vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles super. Ideal fanden wir die Kombination der Ferienwohnung mit dem Restaurant und der Bar.

Egging Alles was man für den Urlaub braucht! Von der Wohnung Nr. 5 hatten wir einen Rundumblick von Salo über das Gipfelkreuz bis hin nach Sirmione. Von morgens bis abends Sonne pur. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, haben sie aber nicht genutzt. Durch die Rollos konnte die Wohnung abgedunkelt werden. Der Balkon ist recht groß, Liegestühle habe ich von zuhause mitgebracht, da die Bestuhlung recht einfach ist. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

El Gringo Recently completely renovated. Truly one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. The entire hotel, and the rooms have been designed with incredible color combinations. No traffic in front of the hotel. Great unobstructed view at the lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast buffet, above and beyond the usual Italian panino and butter.

Setka We went there after a grim winter in London and charged our batteries enjoying relaxing atmosphere and enchanted landcape of Lake Garda. First thing that stuns you on arrival is the amazing panorama. If you are lucky and there is a high visibility you will see Grotte di Catullo - Roman ruins in Sirmione (if you look SE) and Monte Baldo (look N). It get's even more exiting in the late evening when the lights in the local vilages enchance the magic.  The hotel is located on one of the hills in Manerba and it offers a tasty selection of local specialities and interesting wines. After a long day of sightseing and exploring the area you can chillax at the swimming pool sipping cold beer. Staff is very friendly and the knowledgable owner will give you the best advice what attractions to see and how to get there. Rooms are spacious and if it is really hot will give the cool shelter. Our room had a terrace and a balcony.  It is a very well mainained hotel. We would recommend it to enyone who wants to get away from the city, change the landscape, relax and try the italian cuisine.

Anonymous Prachtig uitzicht op het Gardameer vanuit kamer/balkon, en ook aan de achterkant van het gebouw, bij het zwembad en restaurant/tuin prachtig uitzicht op het Gardameer. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel ligging: dichtbij restaurantjes, en centrum van het plaatsje appartement ruim eigen parkeerplek (genummerd, per appartement), op eigen terrein, grotendeels in de schaduw!

Quataert Prachtig zicht op het meer vanuit de kamer en het ruim terras. Ook zicht op het perfecte en kindvriendelijke zwembad van het aparthotel. Gelegen in een ideale omgeving die rust biedt voor gezinnen met kinderen, terwijl toch alle benodigheden voor een vakantie te vinden zijn in winkeltjes in de straat. Ook heerlijke restaurantjes vlakbij. Bekwame en sympathieke uitbaters.

9.2 Belgium Bellavista is ons perfect bevallen. Enig ontbrekend comfort is een lift (valiezen trappen op dragen) en een microgolf in het apartement. Maar dit absoluut niet op tegen onze zeer positieve vakantiebeleving.

Miß Wir hatten einen super entspannten Urlaub in diesem Haus. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen vor Ort, ein super Restaurant und nette Atmosphäre abends an der kleinen Bar. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man brauchte, war sauber, wer es braucht, hat auch WLAN zur Verfügung. Eine Top Sicht vom Balkon aus auf den See und die Berge inklusive. Preis-Leistung - 1A. Wenn wir noch mal an den Gardasee fahren, auf jeden Fall wieder Bellavista. Und wenn Fragen sind, einfach beim Chef nachfragen, es wird immer freundlich weitergeholfen.

Guntner Das Ferienappartement war sauber, die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Von der Küche aus gelangt man auf den Balkon mit super Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Das Schlafzimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon, ebenfalls mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Der Pool und der Poolbereich waren sehr sauber. Von Vorteil war auch der zum Ferienappartement gehörige Stellplatz für das Auto. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt unkompliziert und super!

Anonymous Ich/wir finden das wir dort gut aufgehoben waren. Es war sauber und man wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Erholungsfaktor Top. Bitte immer dran denken, das ist Italien. Die Küche war etwas dürftig (Kochgeschirr) ausgestattet. Empfehlung: ein Topf mehr wäre klasse.

Anonymous "Ein wunderschöner Urlaub " - Wunderschön gelegen mit einer unglaublich schönen Aussicht auf den See. Wir haben ein paar ruhige Tage verbracht. Das Appartement hatte alles was man benötigt, war von der Größe super und sehr sauber. Man liegt super in der Sonne am Pool und kann die Seele baumeln lassen. Manerba ist ein süsses kleines Dörfchen ohne Action mit einer genialen Pizzeria und Eisdiele ( sehr zu empfehlen). Der abendliche Markt und sein Treiben auf dem Marktplatz bietet zwar nichts besonderes hat aber eine tolle Atmosphäre ( lohnt sich). Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und würden und werden definitiv wieder kommen, da man in der Residence Bellavista super nett von der Gastfamilie umsorgt wird. Für uns war es ein rundherum toller und schöner Urlaub zum Abschalten und für einen ruhigen Urlaub zum Seele baumeln lassen.

Andrea Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war einmalig. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund vor Ort. Es ist eine sehr hundefreundliche Anlage.

Pongratz Unsere Wohnung war groß, sauber, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick von unserer Terrasse zum See war absolut klasse. Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant schmeckt sehr lecker.....ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub.......

Baranek Ausstattung nicht luxuriös, aber sauber. Sehr schön der große Balkon, der auf zwei Seiten Richtung See und Richtung Straße schöne entspannende Sommerabende im Freien ermöglicht, ohne sich irgendwohin in die Stadt begeben zu müssen. Tolle Aussicht nach allen Seiten. Kleiner Fernseher vorhanden, aber leider fast nur deutsche Programme eingestellt. Das Personal ist durchwegs freundlich und man kann sich, bis auf die Chefin, fast mit allen auf englisch verständigen. Wir hätten gerne noch ein paar Tage drangehängt.

Waser L\'appartement n° 7 au dernier étage a une jolie terrasse côté nord avec superbe vue sur le lac, dommage que le mobilier ne suive pas la même ligne. (table et chaises en PVC délavés et branlants). A l\'extérieur il y a un bar et une picine sympas avec vue, elle ferme à 18.00h, trop tôt si vous visitez la région. La situation dans le centre est idéale, près des commerces, restaurants, très grand marché le mardi soir, un vrai dépaysement pour toute la famille. Vacances réussies.

Quandt Unser Zimmer war groß, hell und freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, man sollte schon ein paar Haushaltsutensilien mitnehmen (Weingläser, Grappagläser). Das Zimmer war bei Übergabe sauber. Der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch. Das Hauseigene Restaurant macht gutes und schmackhaftes Essen. Wiederholungsgefahr 100%.

Wehrmann Ruhige Lage, wirklich phantastischer Ausblick und nettes Personal (kann aber tatsächlich nur 1 Person Englisch). Das Restaurant liegt auch sehr idyllisch mit Seeblick (wir haben wg unserem Baby aber trotzdem immer selbst gekocht). Die Wohnung ist großzügig und der Balkon/Terasse war ein Traum (ca. 30 m²), allerdings ist die Wohnung eher spartanisch eingerichtet.

8  Germany Kochfans sollten das ein oder andere Utelsil lieber noch selbst mitbringen. Die Residenz ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und in Sachen Sauberkeit würde ich ggf. einen Punkt abziehen, aber sie bemühen sich sehr und insgesamt war es ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub.

Basia Polecam każdemu pobyt w „Bella Vista” ponieważ panuje tam bardzo przyjemna i spokojna atmosfera, personel jest bardzo życzliwy i przyjacielski - szczególnie bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny jest pan właściciel. Poza tym w restauracji można zjeść pyszne posiłki, a przede wszystkim warto spędzić trochę czasu w tejże rezydencji gdyż z miejsca tego można podziwiać przepiękny widok na jezioro i góry.

Martijn De Bellavista bevindt zich in een klein dorpje aan het Gardameer. Het Gardameer zelf is bereikbaar met de auto. Lopen is te doen maar niet aan te bevelen in de hitte. Het is er prettig rustig en minder druk dan direct aan het Gardameer. Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en wil het je echt naar de zin maken. Het zwembad is prima. Het uitzicht over het meer en de bergen is fantastisch.

8.5 Apeldoorn, Netherlands 's Avonds kan je wat overlast hebben van de muziek. Alleen bij het slapen gaan kunnen de luiken dicht en heb je absoluut geen last.

John Our family of four stayed at Hotel Bellavista in July 09. We can only describe our experience as excellent. The best feature of our stay was the wonderful hospitality shown by hotel staff, in particular, Micki, the owner/manager.Other great features included the pool and and the view. The hotel is located beside an excellent bus service which serves all local train services, so one can stay at the hotel and visit all the best attractions of Lake Garda, without having to rent a car. We will definitely return!

Jan The big terrasse, the kitchen was well equipped, internet connection was included in the price and worked well, the outdoor sitting area and the swimming pool were attractive, the bed were excellent: nice hard matrasse (not too hard) and the bathroom were clean and accommodating. Storage for clothes were also adequate.

Het ligt op een rustige plek in het centrum van Manerba del Garda waar ook wat restaurantjes en winkeltjes liggen. Op loopafstand van 2 haventjes (ca 1,5 km). Het is erg geschikt voor mensen die een weekje lekker willen uitrusten in een schoon appartement dat van alle gemakken voorzien is (oa internetaansluiting) met een waanzinnig uitzicht over het gardameer. Personeel is betrokken en zeer behulpzaam.

Een gezellig familie appartement - Een super vakantie gehad in dit appartement bij het kleine plaatsje Manerba del Garda. Met een geweldig uitzicht op het Gardameer. Een leuke avond markt op dinsdag. Dit is een mooie plek om leuke uitstapjes te doen en daarna heerlijk bij te komen in het appartement.

Although mentioned in the text, based on the pictures, I was not expecting the residence to be right in the center of town, but that also had advantages. The beaches were within a couple kilometers.
